Password & Identity Management
Ideal360 provides password and identity management services that help your users securely store and manage passwords across all of their devices with multiple layers of security, two-factor authentication (2FA) which requires a master password and verification code to access the password vault, 256-Bit AES encryption of all password data, end-to-end encryption practices, plus the ability to create custom security policies, create role-based access policies and have access to full auditing insights of account changes. Additionally, password and identity management includes dark web monitoring which constantly scans the dark web for compromised client information.

Ideal360 of Servers and Workstations feature the following monitoring and checks, all of which can be customized to your specific needs;
CPU Utilization and Health
CPU utilization and health checks monitor the performance of your systems CPU, tracking the utilization and temperature of your systems most critical component and alerting in the event that CPU usage is high, which could be an indication of a problem with a system service or process.
Disk Health and Usage
Your system drive health is checked daily using Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology (S.M.A.R.T.) to check for drive errors and alert in the event your system drive is failing. Our disk usage monitoring alerts in the event that system space is getting low, in addition to watching for anomalies for disk usage which could indicate malware.
RAM utilization monitoring gives insight into how much memory your system is using, allowing for the recommendation of RAM upgrades in the event system performance requires. Additionally, RAM monitoring alerts in the event that RAM utilization is consistently high, which could indicate a problem with a system process or service, or could indicate malware.
Systems Service Monitoring
Systems service monitoring allows IdealMSP to ensure that the services necessary for your servers and workstations are running when you need them. In the event a service stops or is not started, our monitoring system automatically tries to restart the service, and if restart fails we are alerted so we can investigate the problem.
Systems Process Monitoring
Much like systems service monitoring, process monitoring allows IdealMSP to ensure that the necessary processes are running on your systems. It also allows us to monitor your system for potentially harmful processes or processes which shouldn’t be running, alerting us in the event of a problem.
Event Log Monitoring
Event log monitoring allows IdealMSP to monitor the system logs of your devices to identify such things as failed logins, application crashes, disk errors and more – alerting us in the event that an error is discovered so that we can investigate the problem and provide a solution.
O/S Updates, Patch Management & Software Management
Ideal360 provides managed operating system updates and third party patch management for your systems, making sure that your systems and software have the latest patches to secure your systems and software against potential exploits and vulnerabilities. ‡ Cloud backup storage and file cloud sync and share storage is pooled on a organizational level, meaning an organization on the SMB service level with 10 users would have a total cloud storage pool of 500GB available to share between all devices for backup and 500GB available for secure file sharing, shared between all users of the organization. Additional cloud storage, if needed, is available in blocks of 50GB for $7.50 per block per month, or per GB at a rate of $0.20 per GB per month.

* Tier 1 and Tier 2 support services include all support situations listed in the Master Services Agreement (MSA). Any support situation not defined in the MSA as being T1 or T2 support will be considered Tier 3 and billed accordingly. Support services are limited to business hours only. 99% of all T1 and T2 support issues can be resolved through remote or phone support. In the event a T1 or T2 support request requires onsite work, the client will not be charged for labor. Ideal Technologies reserves the right to escalate any user-submitted support request to the level appropriate based on the underlying problem. Tier 3 support and IT project work are provided at discounted rates to Managed IT Services clients.
