On Monday, 30 March 2020 the governor of Virginia mandated a “stay-at-home” policy in effect until 10 June 2020, in addition to the already mandated closure of non-essential businesses in the Commonwealth.

Ideal Technologies, Inc. is committed to doing our part in helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19 however, we recognize the necessity of continued technical support and services during this difficult time. As such, we will be continuing to provide services and support via remote services until such time that the restrictions are lifted in the Commonwealth. In the event of extreme need, we will conduct onsite services provided that the business can adhere to the social distancing restrictions in place by the Commonwealth.

In the event an onsite visit is required, we ask that the area of work be cleared of all non-essential personnel, or, if available, that the device in question is disconnected and ready for easy, contactless pickup by an Ideal Technologies representative.

If you or any of your staff are sick, we ask for common sense consideration that you not call us in for an onsite visit. Additionally, we will not knowingly send anyone to your place of business who is exhibiting any signs of sickness, regardless of whether the symptoms meet the COVID-19 criteria.
