IT Services Pricing
The following are prices for managed IT services offered by Ideal Technologies – prices are subject to change at any time. To request a quote for services for large businesses please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a consultation. Ideal Technologies has a $500 per month per location minimum investment.
Managed IT Services are billed in advance of services – for example, 5-7 days before the end of the month you will be billed for the following months’ services. Managed IT services autobill on the first of the month. Managed IT services clients are required to have an autobill payment method on file. New clients will be billed at service set up with a 5-day term to pay. Accounts not paid within 7 days of the 1st are subject to suspension and late fees/service restoration fees. Managed IT Clients receive a discount on remote support, onsite support, and IT project work not covered by Managed IT services contract.
Ideal Technologies has a minimum 1 hour billing policy for all onsite labor charges. Remote assistance and helpdesk services have a minimum 30-minute billing policy and are billed in 15-minute increments past the first 30-minutes. Ideal Technologies charges a $25 trip charge for all onsite support visits, regardless of client distance. All prices are subject to change at any time – please contact for up to date quote.
